This script processes information submitted by an HTML form. The most basic function of the script is to email you the results of the form. However, other options are available including the ability to write the form information to a flat-file database, create a database of email addresses and send the user an automated email reply. FormProcessor 1.0 is an extremely extensible form handling script, whose full functionality is only limited by the imagination of the Webmaster!

CommentForm allows a site administrator to process the results of Web-based forms in a number of ways. The application can be used to generate dynamic email or to create and build a log file or database to track usage of HTML-based forms. The processing of forms is configured by taking advantage of various hidden form tags included in the HTML form created by the administrator, so very little coding knowledge is needed to use this script. Furthermore, because the workings of the application are defined in the HTML form rather than in the application code, the HTML form author can use this one script to process all of the forms, no matter how different they are (Note: All emails interface with the PGP encryption library for secure communication). Examples include a form to process feedback, a form to automatically download a selected file, and a "jump box" form that allows a user to choose a URL to jump to from a list.

This is VERY useful for auto-mailing a single binary file to a user that enters their email address on a website form. This script is a modification of Matt Wright's FormMail.cgi. Modifications include: Form user email addresses are required, Once received, the script auto-forwards an email to the form user that contains a text body and an attachment file which can be binary if desired and the owner can log the email to a file, send a confirmation of the request, do both, or neither.

Master Feedback provides your visitors with a website form for communicating with you. It is designed so you can eliminate email addresses from your website, including those embedded in hidden form fields and other HTML tags -- no sense feeding spammer's email address harvesting robots. Master Feedback allows you to add your own information fields: postal address, telephone, survey questions, favorite TV show -- with radio buttons, checkboxes, dropdown lists, text areas, and more.

Very similar to formmail.cgi by Matt Wright, this adds a couple little twists. Mainly the script was written to provide users a chance to double check their input before sending along the mail. The forms can include any type of input tags, in any quantity. You may also send the form to as many recipients as you like by specifying them in the recipient hidden tag. Like formmail, this script limits users to the domains you specify, and works with many different forms from one location.

This script allows you to send multiple files by e-mail to someone requesting them from a web page. This script is based on Matt Wright's FormMail script. MailFile can send multiple files from the same form, there is no limit to the number of files a person can request. This script will send mail to the owner of the files telling them which files a person requested and any comments the requester had for the owner. If a person enters a bogusly formatted address or doesn't request any files they will get a message telling them that and to try again.
