Rating Guide: The
following are guidelines as to what each rating
represents.
- Excellent! - One of the best programs,
scripts, tutorials, sites, etc. in its class or
category.
- Very Good - Good overall, better than most
of the listings in its category.
- Good - About average in its class.
- Fair - Below the average resources listed in
its category, disappointing but not useless.
- Poor - Very disappointing, at the bottom of
its category.
