Helpdesk is a web based helpdesk system, designed for an IT department, but can be used for any group requiring a helpdesk system. Features include: SQL DB backend. (Currently tested with MySQL), Create a job from an email sent to a helpdesk account, automatically filling in summary, detail and user fields, and Optional guest account for viewing/searching of jobs only so users can keep track of what's happening to their job.
