pBuilder is a project management system that aims to satisfy the needs of programming teams. It attempts it's own version control system, a todo list, multiple logins, an administrator account, a tree view of everything that's going on, and much much more. It is designed so that it can all be configured and maintained over the web. It uses MySQL and PHP3 and is an open-source product.
