CommunityMail allows you to manage unlimited mailing lists with ease through simple point-and-click administration. It supports demographic information and name gathering, which can then be used in your mailings (ie. Dear [theirname]). You control every aspect of the look and feel. You can also customize the confirmation email to say what you want. Subscribers can remove themselves without your involvement, and you can make subscribers confirm their mailing address (by responding to a test email) prior to placing them on your list. You can also easily add many subscribers by hand to facilitate the transition from another mailing list platform. You can view reports of who is on your list(s). The package includes free installation service.
